This policy covers the HYPERDECK: Arcade Solitaire app for iPhone and iPad, published by Spaceship Alpha 9 LLC. The website has its own privacy policy.
None. HYPERDECK does not collect, transmit or sell personal data. It has no accounts, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking, and it works fully offline.
Your settings, saved game, statistics and unlocked packs are stored only on your device. Deleting the app deletes them. We cannot see or recover them.
In-app purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We never receive your name, payment details or Apple ID. Apple tells the game only which packs you own, so they can be unlocked and restored.
If you are signed in to Game Center, your scores and achievements are sent to Apple to show leaderboards. This is optional and governed by Apple’s privacy policy. HYPERDECK does not store your Game Center details.
If you email us for support, we use your address and message only to reply. We do not add you to a mailing list or share your message. Ask us to delete the conversation at any time.
HYPERDECK collects no data from anyone, including children under 13.
If a future version changes how data is handled, we will update this page and its effective date before that version is released.
